Key Quest: An Escort Adventure

Created in 1 week for the Summer '24 Tavern Game Jam! Solo dev, but used music by Skeleton House, Graphics by Franuka, and sound effects by Leohpaz, VOiD1 Gaming, and Beep Yeah! Find their links below.

Get from the start of the dungeon the treasure room after finding the key! It won't be so easy however, as the dungeon's inhabitants will do their best to destroy the key and prevent you from accomplishing your goal. To survive, you'll have to crush them with the very key they want to destroy and pay attention to their attack telegraphing. Enemies only move when you do, so take time to pause and consider your next throw!

Controls:
- Left Mouse Button: Throw Key
- Right Mouse Button: Pull key (when you acquire the magnet upgrade)
- Spacebar: Dash (by default when you're not holding the key)

Note: Spikes and arrows are defaulted to instant kill you (I didn't have time to add a warning dialogue in game like I wanted) but you can turn off instant deaths in the menu. Note Note: If you're carrying the key, arrows will damage the key instead of instantly killing you.

Known Bugs:
- The last currently doesn't work, but if you've reached it, you've finished the game (there's only a victory menu in there)
- If the key has 5 health, you can't pickup hearts because the original max life was 5, not 6 and I forgot to change the pickup check.
If Luigi okays it, I'll fix those bugs and reupload, but I don't think they're a big deal compared to everything else that got squashed in the last 12 hours.
